"DPP District Governor Denies Allegations of Removal"

The DPP party's district governor in Balaka, Bertha Ndebele, has denied receiving any letter or message from the reporters who claim she has been removed from her position.

These allegations follow reports that the party's regional chairman, Sheikh Imran Ntenje, has informed senior leaders that Ndebele has been removed from her position.

When asked, Ntenje denied being involved in the removal of this district governor, stating that as a regional chairman, he does not have the power to remove someone from the party.

DPP spokesperson, Shadric Namalomba, said the party has its own procedures that do not involve arbitrary removals of any member without following the necessary protocols.

"I must say that I do not see any reason why the party should not follow the disciplinary committee's procedures," said Namalomba.

As of now, some people supporting the DPP government in Balaka district are disappointed that senior party members are wasting time on political issues instead of focusing on implementing development projects and providing assistance to the needy people who lack basic necessities and food.
